In starting this podcast, the goal was to tell my truth. Express my struggles with stress, depression & anxiety in a real way free of sugar coating. I strive with each episode to remain honest and express my struggles without fear of judgement because I know if anyone understands, it's you. I have fallen in love with recording these episodes for you. It's extremely important to me to produce a high quality podcast because I believe that the more people tune in, the more chances there are to build a community that moves us away from the stigmatization of what we are suffering from. Achieving this goal will ensure high quality, more guests, consistent weekly episode and help me launch a creative YouTube channel for the show. Your help towards this would mean the WORLD to me.

We will provide you with a unique podcast feed that you'll be able to add to your favorite podcast player. Adding this feed to your favorite podcast player only takes a couple of taps. We currently support Apple Podcasts, Spotify, Castro, Overcast, Podcast Addict, Pocket Casts, Podcast Republic, Downcast, RSSRadio, Podkicker, and more. Unfortunately we aren't able to support Stitcher, or any other podcast player that doesn't support importing private feeds.
